Shipping Policy:

Once your order is placed, anticipate shipping within 3-10 business days. Kindly note that processing times may fluctuate during sales or new product launches.

Upon shipment, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. Please keep in mind that tracking numbers may require 1-2 business days for proper scanning into our carrier system.

It is imperative for customers to verify the accuracy and security of the provided shipping address. We cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in shipping information or for packages stolen, left, or missing due to unreliable or unsafe shipping addresses. Any costs associated with re-shipping packages returned to the sender due to delivery issues are the responsibility of the customer.

Our shipping policies aim to provide a seamless and reliable experience for our customers. We offer USPS priority mail within the 50 continental United States.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs are calculated based on the location and amount of products bought and the selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

International Shipping:

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not offer international shipping. 

Pre-Orders:

Our preorders are fulfilled in the order they are received. The anticipated shipping date is provided in the details section of each respective product. It is essential to keep in mind that these dates are estimates and may be subject to change without prior notice.

Should your order include items identified as "preorder," the complete package will be shipped once all items are ready for dispatch.

Returns:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Lumelight & Co. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 10 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return:

  1. The item must be unused (not burned) and in the same condition that you received it.

  2. It must be in the original packaging.

  3. Proof of purchase is required.

  4. Personalized or custom orders are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part.

Return Process:

  1. Please contact us at lumelightcompany@gmail.com to initiate the return process.

  2. Include your order number and reason for return in your message.

  3. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

    Please Note: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items.

Refunds:

  1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

  2. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 20 business days.

Exchanges:

  1. If you need to exchange an item because of a defect, please contact us at lumelightcompany@gmail.com.

    *Please note that the wick not staying lit is not a defect in our candles. The natural wood wicks we use may take multiple tries to stay lit when burning. We will not exchange your candle if this is the reason.

  2. Once we receive your returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the replacement item to you.

Free & Complementary Products:

If available, free or complementary products are shipped in a regular letter envelope that uses a forever stamp. We ship complementary products through USPS. These are not available for return, as the product can be recycled.
